Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
