OEM Pressure-Fed Chain Tensioner Update Kit, Complete for Left (cyl. 1-3) side.  The Factory sold these the same way (by the side) and that’s how we sell them too. This kit includes all the same parts, made by the same companies, as were sold by the Factory. You can pay more but you can’t find a better upgrade kit.
