Tie rod Assembly Boot Set Porsche 911/912/930/914-6/914-4 (1968 - 89)

Here's a great, low cost solution for a tie rod boot. This will also help if you purchased inexpensive tie rods with rubber that didn't have enough anti-ozonates in it. If the tie rod's good, there's no need to replace it. Just buy this kit and install the new rubber boot.
